Elena and Drew got hitched at a romantic destination wedding, which was held at a quaint beach-side villa in Mirissa. The bride was absolutely radiant in her semi-sweetheart white jumpsuit dress with a translucent veil, while her beau was clad in a classic coat as they exchanged their vows at an intimate ceremony held in the garden, overlooking the infinite blue skies and the aqua waters, which made for a breath-taking backdrop. The ceremony was followed by a cozy dinner with the couple’s dearest and nearest all gathered around one beautifully decorated long table on the veranda. The white and mint color theme of the wedding came through with spades at the reception, as the table was decorated with mint green linen and carefully crafted elephant décor, with white lanterns hanging overhead. Traditional Kandyan dancers and a firework show were among the many highlights of this wedding. The couple gave out local flavored tea as favors to the guests.
