What started as a chance encounter of strangers whose paths crossed in serendipitous fate evolved into a celebration of true romance, as Sarah and Rich marked their love and commitment to each other, in a beautiful villa in Kathaluwa by the Koggala lake in the South of Sri Lanka. The tropical-themed wedding was a sight to behold with vibrant shades of pink, fuchsia, and orange blending in with white, painting a lovely picture with tropical tones. The civil ceremony was held in the garden, overlooking Koggala Lake. Our very own Charm outdid herself in decorating the wooden frame with delicate drapes and adding tiki torches and tropical flowers to create a stunning backdrop. An intimate reception with the couple’s loved ones was held under a marquee, which had two long tables and cane baskets with tropical flowers hanging above them. The exotic flower arrangements with a mix of tree branches, flowers, and foliage added more elegance to the event. The exuberant couple was sent off amidst sparklers and fireworks, symbolizing the excitement of their life together.
